Wildcat Cliffs is deep into finishes and it shows. Trim carpentry is wrapping and the envelope tested beautifully, so we are on a smooth glide to completion.

Building science: Blower-door test at 1.8 ACH50, well under target.
Progress: Great-room trim and coffered ceiling complete.

Tuesday, July 7

Insulation and drywall are behind us at Wildcat Cliffs and the interior is bright and quiet. The house is ready for the trim carpenters.

Progress: Drywall hung, finished, and primed throughout.
On site: Staged trim and millwork for next week.
